Draft for legal review. These terms are a good-faith starting point and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.
1. Agreement
By using Briefly you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. The service
Briefly is a Personal Intelligence Engine that aggregates messages from Telegram sources you configure and delivers structured intelligence briefs inside Telegram. Features vary by subscription tier as described on our pricing page.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to violate any law or any third party’s rights.
- Ingest content you are not authorized to access.
- Attempt to access private channels through any means that violates Telegram’s terms — Briefly only reads content you forward into a staging group you control.
- Resell or redistribute briefs in a manner that misrepresents their source or accuracy.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid tiers are billed in advance on the cycle you select. The free tier is provided as-is at no cost. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle.
5. Intelligence is not advice
Briefs are automatically generated from third-party sources and may contain errors or unverified claims. Briefly does not provide financial, legal, or security advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it.
6. Availability and changes
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Briefly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Contact
