Last updated May 31, 2026

Draft for legal review. Confirm this list reflects your production deployment before publishing.

Briefly relies on a small, deliberately limited set of sub-processors to deliver the service. We publish this list for transparency; enterprise customers may request advance notice of material changes.

Notes

  • Raw source message text sent to our AI sub-processor is processed per request to produce your brief and is not retained by us beyond the digest window.
  • We do not add a sub-processor that requires persistent storage of raw channel content.
  • Material changes to this list will be reflected here with an updated date.
